Key Responsibilities Include
- Enter and maintain supply chain data with a high degree of accuracy
- Support procurement and inventory management processes
- Analyze and validate data to ensure consistency across systems
- Identify discrepancies and assist with problem resolution
- Utilize Excel to track, organize, and report on supply chain metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational needs
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
- Proficiency in entering information into systems with a high level of precision
- Understanding of supply chain fundamentals, including procurement and inventory management
- Intermediate Excel skills (data entry, tracking, basic analysis)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to work
- Advanced Excel proficiency for reporting and data analysis
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations support
- Familiarity with ERP or supply chain management systems
