Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
- Support and enhance the front-end functionality of web-based applications.
- Maintain and improve existing software applications and systems.
- Support and develop multiple websites utilizing content management system (CMS) technologies.
- Perform quality assurance testing and collaborate closely with QA team members.
- Provide technical expertise, recommendations, and guidance to project teams.
- Research emerging technologies and evaluate opportunities for integration into the existing technology environment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues in both internally developed and third-party code.
- Participate in Agile development processes and Scrum ceremonies.
- Contribute to architectural discussions, technology evaluations, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Develop solutions that address application performance, scalability, security, encryption, caching, session state management, error logging, and testing requirements.
Required
- Associate degree in Programming, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with relevant professional experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with sound judgment and logical decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage projects and drive work through completion.
- Ability to learn business processes and adapt technical solutions to business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience supporting and developing CMS-based websites.
- Experience contributing to application architecture and technical standards.
- Experience evaluating and implementing new technologies within an enterprise environment.
- Background working in a manufacturing, industrial, or product-based organization.
