Senior Full Stack Developer – Java/Golang (IAM Systems)

Brooklyn Park, MN | Hybrid

7-Month Contract | Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

Pay Range: $75–$105/hr (W2 only, not open for C2C/1099) with benefits available

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) engineering team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll design and develop scalable, secure application components used by thousands of users. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, DevOps engineers, and cybersecurity specialists to deliver modern, resilient software solutions that drive enterprise security and user access systems forward.


What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop full-stack applications using Java, Golang, and Python.
  • Contribute to IAM architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Apply modern software engineering patterns and DevOps best practices to build maintainable systems.
  • Work in a hybrid Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and deployment pipelines.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and CI/CD automation efforts.


What You Bring

  • Strong background in Java and Golang development (Python a plus).
  • Experience designing or supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems.
  • Proven ability to architect, test, and deliver scalable software in a DevOps-enabled environment.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Spring, Micronaut, Kotlin, relational databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • (Bonus) Knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts or IAM frameworks.
