Job Description
As a Business Analyst III, you will leverage advanced business analysis techniques to evaluate complex business challenges and guide the organization toward effective solutions. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and successful project outcomes. Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to gather, analyze, and document business needs and processes
- Evaluating current systems and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency
- Conducting strategy analysis, solution evaluation, and requirements definition to support business initiatives
- Developing and clearly communicating actionable recommendations to leadership teams
- Serving as a liaison between cross-functional, regional, and global teams to ensure alignment and delivery of solutions
- Leading requirements gathering sessions, documenting business needs, and supporting implementation of solutions
- Driving change management efforts by identifying organizational needs and facilitating adoption of new processes
- Independently managing complex issues, escalating only the most critical challenges when necessary
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance and profitability
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis or a related role
- Strong knowledge of business analysis practices, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution evaluation
- Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and deliver data-driven recommendations
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at various levels
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly
- Experience working in large, global, or matrixed organizations
- Familiarity with change management methodologies
- Knowledge of data analysis tools or business intelligence platforms
- Experience supporting technology or system implementation initiatives
- Professional certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent
