Our client, a leading company in the powersports and outdoor recreation industry, is seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to support customer engagement and marketing operations initiatives. The position will focus heavily on email marketing execution, campaign coordination, creative collaboration, and project management support.

Job Description

The Marketing Project Coordinator will support the execution of marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives from planning through delivery. This individual will work closely with internal marketing teams, brand partners, digital teams, and external creative agencies to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities include supporting single-send email campaigns, coordinating timelines and deliverables, maintaining marketing calendars, and assisting with creative asset development and approvals. The role will also support workflow management within Monday.com, help maintain organized file systems and marketing assets, and assist with quarterly campaign planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of email and direct marketing campaigns from planning through launch
• Coordinate single-send email campaigns, including scheduling, stakeholder alignment, and execution readiness
• Collaborate with internal email, brand, and digital teams, as well as external creative agencies
• Assist with creative briefing development and asset coordination using tools such as FIGMA
• Manage project workflows and timelines within Monday.com
• Track deliverables, monitor project progress, and escalate risks when needed
• Maintain organized file storage and asset management systems
• Support agency communication, follow-ups, and deliverable coordination
• Assist with quarterly email marketing planning and broader customer engagement initiatives
• Ensure campaigns and marketing materials align with brand standards and project objectives
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Previous professional, internship, or project-based experience in marketing, project coordination, or digital marketing
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience, including Excel and Outlook
• Excellent project coordination and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Self-starter mindset with strong follow-through and accountability
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of marketing, digital marketing, or project coordination experience
• Experience supporting email marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management platforms
• Experience working with creative teams or external agencies
• Exposure to FIGMA or other creative collaboration tools
• Interest in outdoor recreation, consumer products, or lifestyle branding environments
