Additionally, you will handle office management tasks such as scheduling, vendor communication, contract negotiation, and facility-related needs. This role requires flexibility to take on tasks outside the typical scope when needed and a willingness to collaborate closely with leadership and staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Maintain financial records in QuickBooks and ensure timely processing of transactions.
- Enter and categorize donor contributions in Salesforce; prepare monthly and year-end donation receipts.
- Support annual audits and assist with budgets and financial forecasts.
- Administer payroll and maintain employee records in compliance with policies.
- Serve as the main contact for HR services and assist with onboarding.
- Oversee office operations, vendor contracts, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with leadership and staff to support fundraising and organizational initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 years of nonprofit experience with a focus on accounting, donation tracking, and office management.
- Proficiency in accounting and financial processes.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to the organization’s mission and values.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and other financial systems.
- Ability to recommend process improvements and embrace new technologies.
