- Assist with assembling and organizing tax returns, including scanning documents into the electronic filing system and preparing packages for delivery.
- Manage client communications by answering calls, providing information, and scheduling client distributions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files by adding notes and filing documents systematically.
- Support the team with general administrative duties, ensuring efficiency during tax season and beyond.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative experience in a financial services environment is a plus, but not mandatory—comfort with basic administrative tasks is essential.
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to accept constructive feedback, particularly from direct supervisors.
