Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of guest inquiries by phone, email, text and chat
- Communicate with guests regarding scheduling service appointments and following up on their service received
- Be a liaison between guests and the service department
- Be able to make service appointments utilizing the computer appointment system
- Follow up with guests to ensure they are completely satisfied with their service experience
- Assist in generating reports
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Proficient computer skills
- Able to meet the attendance requirements of the position
