Are you an HR professional who loves variety, impact, and global collaboration? Daher is looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our North America headquarters and play a key role in shaping the employee experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
In this role, you'll gain broad exposure across the full HR lifecycle - from employee relations and compliance to global mobility, analytics, HRIS, payroll, recruiting, and more - while partnering with leaders across North America and international stakeholders to build a high performing, people first culture.
🚀 What You'll Do
Act as a trusted partner for employee relations, investigations, and engagement initiatives
Support performance management, learning, and development programs
Manage global mobility processes, including expatriate compensation, tax coordination, and immigration
Maintain HR policies and compliance programs (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, AAP) and support audit readiness
Administer leave programs, payroll audits, HRIS data, and timekeeping
Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to support workforce planning
🎯 What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent human resources experience
4 plus years of corporate HR experience supporting exempt and nonexempt populations
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and payroll processes
Experience with international HR, global mobility, or immigration preferred
Advanced skills in Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas), Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Familiarity with using Microsoft 365 Copilot with HR‑specific prompts to automate routine tasks and reduce administrative turnaround time
HR certification (PHR, SHRMCP, etc.) and Workday/UKG experience a plus
Information related to the position:
The compensation range is $70,000 to $85,000 base salary plus an annual target bonus. Any prospective offer will take into account the overall experience the successful candidate brings to the role. Offers to selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
