Now Hiring: Customer Support Engineer
We are currently hiring a Customer Support Engineer to support the lifecycle of Daher aircraft. This role focuses on resolving technical issues, developing repair solutions, and driving continuous improvements across systems and processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross‑functionally, participate in design reviews, and prepare technical documentation to support regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement repairs, system improvements, and product enhancements
- Review designs using DFM and Lean Manufacturing principles
- Support aircraft maintenance procedures and manuals
- Analyze data, identify trends, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate across departments on engineering and product improvement initiatives
- Prepare and present technical documentation to the FAA (ACO/MIDO)
- Create engineering documentation using Microsoft Office tools
- Utilize CAD software, preferably Siemens NX
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- A&P certification is a plus (not required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD tools
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently, and eager to take on new challenges

Information related to the position:
The compensation range is $75,000 to $90,000 base salary plus an annual target bonus. Any prospective offer will take into account the overall experience the successful candidate brings to the role. Offers to selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
