Role Overview:
DaGrosa Capital is seeking an Investor Relations professional (3–5 years) to support investor communications, relationship management, and capital-raising activities across the firm’s diversified investment platform, including real estate, alternative investments, sports and entertainment, and adjacent ventures. This role will work closely with senior leadership and serve as a key contributor to delivering a high-quality investor experience. The position is execution-focused, supporting day-to-day investor engagement, communications, and fundraising processes as the firm continues to scale.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Support ongoing investor engagement through coordination of communications and follow-ups.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of investor updates, quarterly reports, capital call and distribution notices, and other communications.
- Help draft investor newsletters, deal updates, and performance summaries.
- Support senior leadership in capital raising efforts across real estate and alternative strategies.
- Assist with investor targeting, outreach coordination, and pipeline tracking.
- Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and virtual presentations.
- Implement and Maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of investor interactions and commitments.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of:
- Investor presentations and pitch materials
- Offering summaries and supporting documents
- Quarterly and annual investor reports
- Ensure materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with the firm’s messaging and brand.
- Support communication efforts across DaGrosa Capital’s business lines.
- Help translate investment strategies into clear, investor-friendly materials.
- Assist in tailoring communications for different investor segments (HNWI, family offices, institutional investors).
- Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure communications meet applicable standards.
- Support the development and improvement of IR processes and reporting workflows.
- Assist in maintaining consistency in investor communications and documentation.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, Fundraising support, or related roles.
- Experience in private equity, real estate, asset management, or financial services preferred.
- Exposure to investor communications and fundraising processes is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred).
- Advanced degree or certifications (CFA, CAIA, etc.) are a plus but not required.
