Position Overview
Daewon America is seeking a Sales Specialist to support daily sales operations and shipping coordination. This role requires close communication with customers, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and shipment management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily shipping schedules and delivery coordination
- Update and maintain EDI plans in POP system
- Manage AS shipping schedules and ASN shipment information
- Coordinate truck booking and shipment management
- Maintain container data and container management
- Update sales records
- Update cash flow forecast reports
- Manage sales and collection vouchers AR/AP
- Support general sales operations and customer communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales operations, logistics, or supply chain
- Knowledge of EDI systems and shipping documentation
- Experience with shipping coordination or logistics planning
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- Ability to communicate with customers and internal teams
- Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry preferred
