Residential Carpenter

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of Residential Carpenter. This role is essential in ensuring the successful execution of various construction and restoration projects. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in carpentry, construction, and restoration, with a strong emphasis on quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Duties

• Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide project execution.
• Participate in fabrication processes, including cabinet installation and door hanging.
• Conduct siding, and flooring installation with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
• Handle heavy lifting tasks.
• Assist with maintenance person duties such as caulking, stucco application, and general repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards on construction sites while maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the construction industry with a focus on carpentry and restoration work.
• Strong understanding of construction painting, framing, remodeling, tile laying, and custom work experience is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during work hours.
