We are seeking an experienced Construction Crew Leader to spearhead on-site operations and ensure the successful execution of construction projects. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise construction crews on active sites, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans.
- Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct quality control inspections using schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to verify work accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other safety regulations by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular site safety audits.
- Supervise subcontractors and vendors ensuring their work aligns with project specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site supervision
- Extensive knowledge of construction
- Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards.
- Ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols on construction sites.
- Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and managing multiple stakeholders effectively..
