ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Associate to join our digital team. Working closely with a Senior Content Strategist, this role will support a portfolio spanning interior design and luxury real estate development, hospitality, and lifestyle brands.
The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, design, culture, and storytelling. They possess strong visual instincts, exceptional attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Management & Execution
- Support the development and maintenance of monthly content calendars across multiple client accounts
- Draft social copy for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Stories, and Reels, ensuring alignment with each brand's voice and objectives
- Assist with content publishing, scheduling, and quality assurance across platforms
- Support day-to-day community management, including monitoring comments, direct messages, and tagged content
- Track social performance metrics and assist in preparing monthly reporting and insights
- Help manage content production timelines, deliverables, and project workflows
Creative & Content Production
- Assist in curating visually cohesive social feeds aligned with each client's brand positioning
- Support image selection, content sequencing, and creative asset organization
- Contribute content ideas informed by platform trends, audience behavior, and the broader design, hospitality, luxury, and lifestyle landscape
- Capture iPhone photo and video content on-site for client social channels as needed
- Support content production, including pre-production planning, shoot logistics, and on-set assistance
Client & Account Support
- Support the Senior Content Strategist across assigned client accounts
- Attend client calls, presentations, and internal meetings
- Draft meeting notes, recaps, and follow-up action items
- Assist with timeline management tied to launches, campaigns, events, and key marketing initiatives
- Organize and maintain client assets, content libraries, and account documentation
- Facilitate content approval processes and internal reviews to ensure deadlines are met
Community Management
- Maintain records of client social media accounts, platform access, and internal documentation
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in accordance with each brand's voice and community guidelines
- Engage with approved accounts and communities on behalf of clients to support audience growth and relationship building
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Based in New York City
- 1 years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or a related field (agency experience preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or a related field
- Strong interest in interior design, architecture, luxury real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle brands
- Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including platform best practices and trends
- Strong visual instincts and an appreciation for design, storytelling, and brand-building
- Excellent written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Canva, Asana, Google Workspace, or similar tools
- Experience capturing and editing photo and video content for social media
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working with luxury, design, hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle brands
- Experience supporting photo or video productions
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
Salary: $60–70k per year, plus health/wellness benefits and PTO/sick days.
