This is a client-facing role that requires both executive presence and deep hands-on fluency. You think in systems, write with precision, and understand how to move between the analytical and the aesthetic. You'll oversee integrated campaigns spanning organic and paid media, and serve as the strategic lead across branding, web, and social projects from kickoff through delivery.
Responsibilities:

- Define channel strategy, messaging hierarchies, and tone of voice guidelines across digital touchpoints.
- Develop strategic frameworks for organic and paid campaigns, including editorial calendars, content pillars, and paid media approaches.
Client Management
- Serve as senior point of contact across key accounts, leading strategy presentations, kickoffs, and ongoing client calls.
- Translate client goals and feedback into clear internal briefs and creative direction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that support retention and account growth.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the strategic and quality standards expected by both the agency and its clients.
Campaign Oversight
- Oversee integrated campaigns across brand, web, social (organic and paid), editorial, and email channels.
- Collaborate with Creative Director, designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure strategic cohesion from concept to publication.
- Monitor performance data and lead monthly reporting; translate analytics into revised strategy and recommendations.
- Identify and pitch new opportunities for campaign extensions, creative partnerships, and audience development.
Team Leadership
- Provide mentorship and direction to account managers, project managers, and content strategists.
- Champion a culture of creative rigor, cultural fluency, and operational excellence across the team.
- Collaborate with agency leadership on new business pitches and proposal development.
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in digital strategy, brand communications, or integrated marketing; agency background required.
- Deep knowledge of the contemporary art world, cultural institutions, and mission-driven brands.
- Demonstrated experience conducting brand or communications audits and translating findings into multi-channel strategy.
- Strong command of organic and paid digital channels including social, web, email, and display.
- Exceptional written communication skills across strategic, editorial, and client-facing registers.
- Fluency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Sprout) and paid media buying models (CPC, CPM, CPA).
- Experience with our stack: Google Workspace, Basecamp, Figma, Sanity, Notion, Webflow, Claude.
