- Stay current on product offerings, new inventory, and industry trends
- Uphold all company policies, safety standards, and state cannabis regulations
- Prior cannabis, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong product knowledge and passion for cannabis culture
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 and able to pass any required background checks
