This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Orleans, LA, for a Construction Project Manager (Commercial Division). The Project Manager will oversee commercial renovation and new-build construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.
Daily duties include coordinating project phases, supervising field teams, conducting site walks, resolving issues, reviewing plans/specs, ordering materials, documenting progress, and ensuring all work aligns with commercial building codes and safety standards. This role requires strong communication and coordination with owners, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain seamless project execution.
Qualifications- Proven experience in Commercial Construction Project Management
- Strong skills in Project Coordination and construction oversight
- Demonstrated ability to manage commercial renovation and new-build projects
- Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking
- Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary commercial construction teams
- Strong knowledge of commercial building codes, safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with commercial concrete scopes is highly preferred
- Ability to manage fast-paced commercial environments and meet deadlines
