- Assist with calendar management by scheduling meetings, court dates, appointments, and deadlines to keep attorneys on track
- Perform data entry tasks accurately into various databases such as case management software or spreadsheets
- Handle client communication with professionalism via phone, email, or in person to provide excellent customer service
- Support office management activities including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative support to ensure a productive work environment
Qualifications
- Proven clerical experience or office experience in a professional setting; legal office experience is a plus but not required
