Account Manager – Inside Sales | Auburn, WA
Are you a natural relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? At DAA Seattle, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Account Manager to join our Inside Sales team in Auburn.
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our dealer clients and bringing together buyers, sellers, and vehicles for our weekly auction events. From the first call to post-sale follow-up, you’ll be a trusted partner to your accounts—ensuring their consignment is ready, their vehicles are priced right, and their experience with DAA is exceptional.
In this role, you’ll:
- Develop and maintain productive, long-term relationships with dealers
- Help clients prepare, price, and promote vehicles for auction
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support before, during, and after the sale
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure a seamless dealer experience
- Contribute to the growth and success of DAA’s weekly auctions
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of relationship-based sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines independently
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Bonus points for auto auction or automotive industry experience!
