Responsibilities
- The Specialist will be involved in the strategic evaluation and tactical execution of marketing activities, which may include advertising, collateral development, digital marketing, media, and content assessment.
- Press Ganey and physician bios support for all four sites
- This role must work with multiple tools including AI, the Adobe tools suite and knowledge of Agile processes is preferred.
- This role must also works with complexity, drives strategic influence, and interfacing with the practice.
- The role should have at least 3-5 years in marketing.
- This role will drive, implement, monitor, and measure results of marketing activities to advance Mayo Clinic’s mission, strategic plan and business objectives.
- Experienced Marketer
- The specialist must demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing, critical thinking, and strategic counseling. and changing environment.
- Must possess the ability to inspire trust and confidence, and maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively to prioritize and drive forward multiple projects.
- Must possess high personal motivation supporting a strong work ethic, flexibility, and creativity.
- A bachelor's degree with strong academic performance in a related field, which may include liberal arts, business, marketing, healthcare, or similar field, plus 3 years professional experience in a relevant field.
- Hybrid position - candidates must living within driving distance to work location in Jacksonville, FL.
