RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct inspections and audits of contractual services for conformance to Performance Work Statement and National Detention Standards.
- Responsible for all aspects of QC activities at assigned location.
- Act as quality point of contact for customer inspectors, site management, and operations managers.
- Maintain currency of QC procedures and recommend revision of internal specifications when needed.
- Assist in implementation and maintenance of inspection system components and methods.
- Provide response to customer concerns and findings; track corrective actions taken in response to internal and customer audit findings.
- Implement and maintain software and procedures consistent as updates and changes occur.
- Provide support for quality training preparation and presentation.
- Provide support for quality analysis and data presentations made to management and customers.
- Assist site managers, facility managers, supervisors, and functional leads with internal and customer corrective action reporting.
- Manage non-conformities identified during QA/QC inspections and audits.
- Perform other qualified duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum four (4) years of work experience in detention operations, law enforcement, immigration enforcement, and/or quality control.
- Knowledge of inspection methods and processes.
- Knowledge of the National Detention Standard 2025 and Detention Facility Security Operations.
- Ability to understand relationship between QA/QC activities and contract performance.
- Ability to work with personnel at all levels to effectively and efficiently implement the Program QC Plan.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline preferred; two (2) years of experience in related field may be substituted for each year of the four (4) years of college.
WORKING AND LIVING CONDITIONS
- Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.

Pay: $23.26 - $28.01 per hour
