D2 Government Solutions is seeking a full-time qualified candidate for Lead Project Coordinator (On-Site Contract Lead) at our Naval Station Great Lakes / SWESC Great Lakes location.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day execution of scheduled training sessions and resolve short-notice schedule changes.
- Assign and supervise facilitators to ensure coverage, punctuality, and consistent instructional delivery.
- Coordinate training venues, session times, and daily logistics with SWESC points of contact.
- Collect session feedback and observations; identify issues, trends, and improvements for leadership review.
- Manage recurring deliverable inputs and timelines (monthly facilitator schedule, meeting support, monthly report inputs).
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding actions affecting base access and accountability in partnership with the corporate security officer.
- Support planning and execution of quarterly staff/leadership workshop events.
Qualifications
- Training operations leadership experience (military, academic, or enterprise training environments preferred).
- Proven ability to supervise instructors/facilitators and maintain professional standards in a student environment.
- Strong organization and writing skills (schedules, summaries, action item tracking).
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with Government stakeholders and resolve issues professionally.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required installation access and background screening
Requirements / Eligibility
- CAC: Yes
- Security Clearance: Tier 1 (or higher as required by Government access determination)
- Computer Systems Experience: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams (or equivalent collaboration tools)
