D2 Government Solutions is seeking a full-time qualified candidate for Alternate Project Coordinator (Deputy On-Site Lead) at our Naval Station Great Lakes / SWESC Great Lakes location.
Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Project Coordinator with daily coordination of training execution and logistics.
- Serve as acting on-site lead during absences and ensure uninterrupted training delivery.
- Coordinate facilitator assignments and communicate schedule updates to ensure full session coverage.
- Assist with quality oversight by observing delivery and documenting improvement items.
- Support recurring deliverables (monthly schedule inputs, meeting support, monthly report inputs) and deadline tracking.
- Maintain current awareness of facilitator availability and promptly communicate staffing changes.
- Support planning and execution of quarterly staff/leadership workshop events.
Qualifications
- Experience in training coordination, operations support, or assistant program management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and reliability in meeting recurring deadlines.
- Ability to step into leadership, make sound decisions, and maintain professional standards.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required installation access and background screening.
Requirements / Eligibility
- CAC: Yes
- Security Clearance: Tier 1 (or higher as required by Government access determination)
- Computer Systems Experience: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams (or equivalent collaboration tools)
