Job Title A&P Mechanic/Technician Job Description Summary We are seeking a skilled and certified A&P Mechanic/Technician to join our team at Daher Kodiak Aircraft in Sandpoint, ID. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, inspection, and alteration of TBM and Kodiak aircraft, their engines, and associated components, in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards. Job description Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on TBM and Kodiak aircraft. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues. Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and manufacturer maintenance manuals. Accurately complete all required documentation and maintenance records. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Use proper tooling and equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering parts as necessary. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with aircraft systems, procedures, and FAA regulations. Qualifications: Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required. High school diploma or GED required: technical or aviation school preferred. Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience. Experience working on Kodiak and TBM aircraft is preferred. Thorough understanding of FAA regulations and general aviation maintenance practices. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, blueprints, and schematics.
