This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pittsburgh, PA, for a Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. The Head Coach will be responsible for creating and implementing strength and conditioning programs tailored to the needs of athletes across various age groups. Day-to-day tasks include coaching athletic performance, leading group and individual sessions, monitoring progress, ensuring proper techniques for injury prevention, and coordinating with teammates to deliver high-quality training experiences. - Proficiency in Strength & Conditioning and Strength Training methodologies
