This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pittsburgh, PA, for a Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. The Head Coach will be responsible for creating and implementing strength and conditioning programs tailored to the needs of athletes across various age groups. Day-to-day tasks include coaching athletic performance, leading group and individual sessions, monitoring progress, ensuring proper techniques for injury prevention, and coordinating with teammates to deliver high-quality training experiences. The role also involves promoting a safe, motivating, and inclusive environment for participants.

• Proficiency in Strength & Conditioning and Strength Training methodologies
• Expertise in Sports Science and Athletic Performance
• Knowledge of Injury Prevention techniques related to athletic training
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coaching diverse age groups
• Certifications such as CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) or equivalent are preferred
• Experience in a coaching or training role within a similar setting
