Position Overview
The Strength & Conditioning Coach is responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, both in group and individual settings. This role blends technical coaching with mentorship, accountability, and community building. You’ll be part of a supportive coaching team, working under established systems while bringing your own energy and expertise to help clients succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach small group personal training sessions using Results Fitness training systems.
- Build strong relationships with clients, supporting them inside and outside of sessions to help them stay accountable.
- Track client progress and adjust programming to meet individual needs and goals.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and motivating training environment.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth introduction to our training culture.
- Collaborate with the coaching team to refine systems, programs, and client experience.
- Represent Results Fitness’ values of professionalism, integrity, and community in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Nationally recognized certification (e.g., NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.). (preferred but not required).
- Experience coaching in strength & conditioning, personal training, or group training settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—ability to motivate and connect with people.
- Passion for helping others improve their health, fitness, and confidence.
- Growth mindset: eager to learn, coachable, and aligned with Results Fitness systems and culture.
