Role Description The Front Desk Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mooresville, NC, responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations and creating a welcoming environment for all members and guests. This role manages check-ins, membership inquiries, reservations for classes and training sessions, and handles phone and in-person inquiries efficiently. The Front Desk Manager ensures excellent customer service, supports customer satisfaction initiatives, and addresses member concerns promptly and professionally. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising front desk staff, maintaining accurate records and schedules, processing payments, and coordinating with coaches and management on class capacity and facility events. The role also involves assisting with basic administrative tasks, supporting sales and membership retention efforts, and upholding D1 Training’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and brand presentation.
