Offering age-specific programs such as Rookie, Developmental, Prep, and Adult, D1 Training caters to individuals from ages 7 and up. This is a full-time on-site role for a Coach based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Coach will be responsible for leading fitness sessions tailored to different age groups, conducting individual training sessions for clients, and ensuring the implementation of D1βs training methodologies. The role requires facilitating dynamic workouts, delivering techniques for strength and conditioning, and fostering a positive environment that helps clients achieve their fitness and athletic objectives.
- Experience in coaching, physical fitness training, or exercise science
- Proficiency in athletic-based training techniques including dynamic warm-ups, performance exercises, strength training, and conditioning
- Strong communication skills to effectively motivate and instruct clients
- Ability to design and implement customized fitness plans
- Passion for sports, fitness, and helping others achieve their personal goals
- Knowledge of safety protocols and injury prevention techniques
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPT, CSCS) and a degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field are advantageous
