We are seeking a Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing information and resolving issues. Dispatching drivers to thier defined route. Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with drivers and transportation planners to ensure timely pick up times for clients
- Provide information about the products and services
- Utilize Transportation Management systems to track and manage scheduled trips
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Dispatching experience
- Email etiquette and comprehension
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Familiar with Word and Excel
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Wayne, Ontario, Seneca and the surrounding counties

Salary : $38,800 - $46,765
