Position Summary:
We are looking for a Front Desk Associate who is friendly, fit, and sales-driven to be the face and first impression of our facility. You’ll be responsible for delivering a welcoming experience to every guest, managing daily operations at the front desk, and playing a key role in phone-based membership sales and lead generation.
Responsibilities:
Greet members and visitors with a warm, upbeat, and professional attitude- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries about training programs, memberships, and facility offerings
- Make 100 outbound calls per day to follow up with leads and schedule First-Time Athlete (FTA) appointments
Handle check-ins, scheduling, and front desk operations efficiently - Support social media content (optional) and online engagement if needed
- Assist with member onboarding, tours, and program explanations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front lobby and front desk area
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about D1 Training’s mission, services, and athletic culture

Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor — you’re the first and last impression! - Sales-minded with confidence in making outbound calls and closing leads
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and phone systems
- Previous experience in front desk, sales, or fitness roles preferred (but not required)
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-focused training environment
