This is D'Youville.Since 1960, D’Youville Life & Wellness Community has provided Greater Lowell and surrounding communities with Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care earning the respect of its peers and the trust of the community at large.We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team.Full-Time$60K to $84K annually based on skills and experience.Executive Assistant Introduction: Organizational support to the CEO/President in addition to credentialing coordination to confirm that all physicians and independent licensed providers are in compliance with state, federal guidelines and JCAHO regulations.Executive Assistant Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred.Minimum of one year of administrative experience; Finance background preferred.IT hardware skill preferred.Skills required: MS Office, scheduling, presentations, office support, document preparation.Executive Assistant Job Summary:Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.Conserve CEO’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.Maintain CEO’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.Acts as a global liaison between all D’Youville entities (residents, patients, employees, sponsors, board members, tenants, healthcare providers and vendors) and the CEO/President in person, in writing or on the telephone.Set up, maintain and periodically purge CEO’s files in compliance with current policies/laws.Review, verify and expedite initial applications to the medical staff of DSC and DCAT for education and training, licensure, and demonstration of high quality of care.Distribute, process, and expedites the medical staff reappointment process every two years in accordance with JCAHO standards.Supervise, assist, direct, instruct, inform and schedule D’Youville Senior Care reception desk employees so that all customers are greeted and assisted in a manner consistent with our mission.Monitor DSC reception desk employees for completion of mandatory in-services.Prepare and distribute “Administrator on Duty” schedule so that management is available to staff, residents, patients, tenants and customers on weekends.Attend and participate in staff, department and other meetings, conferences including JCAHO Survey meetings.Prepare agenda packets, record minutes and make appropriate notifications for meetings.Assist other departments/entities by assigning clerical work to the reception staff.
