Local Contractor seeking experienced Office Manager $25.00 to $30.00/hour only those with strong experience need apply
- Expertise: General ledger reconciliation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance within the banking industry
- Experience: 2 years handling daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations, preparing journal entries, and resolving discrepancies
- Technical Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Excel, and banking portals; strong documentation and audit trail management
- Strengths: Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners for accurate, efficient financial processes
- Self-Starter: Comfortable working alone or with others
- Helpful: Experience in Contracting and AIA Forms
