Switchboard-Reception

Full-Time Position

Duties/skills:
Answer phones, transfer calls for all providers.
Keep medical center physicians, staff and specialist
calendars to properly to communicate to all
involved.
Greet visitors and give directions.
Handle multi-line switchboard professionally, work
at desk alone, and will lock medical center lobby
doors at the close of business.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Basic computer/typing skills required.
Knowledge of calculators/adding machines required.
Must have good math skills.
Prefer one (1) year experience in Business Office or related field.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
Must be able to effectively handle multiple duties.
Must be flexible.

All other duties/skills and qualifications will be discussed at time of interview.
