What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at D.W. JONES MANAGEMENT, INC.?
The primary purpose of the maintenance staff is to ensure properties are maintained in accordance with company policies and physical condition standards.
This position requires regular office hours to be maintained along with availability for emergency situations outside of regular office hours.

- Perform routine and preventative maintenance of buildings and grounds.
- Address emergency issues in a timely manner.
- Comply with Fair Housing requirements.
- Effectively communicate with site manager, property staff and tenants.
- Maintain a safe and friendly environment for our residents.
- Address resident issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Assist site manager with enforcing lease terms.
This position is Part-Time and will work 10-20 hours per week.
