As a Caretaker, you are going to have the exciting opportunity to work with people of all different backgrounds and assist moving them into their new homes. This position will live on-site and needs to speak but English and Spanish.
The Caretaker will attain and maintain occupancy of properties overseen by the position. This role also will include performing routine and unexpected maintenance needs for all of the properties while keeping them up to code and state regulation.
The position will including tasks indoors, outdoors and environments that include pets. The position will consist of 30-40 hours per week.
