D&W Diesel is looking for a Business Development Liaison to support our Business Development team and help deliver outstanding service to key customers. In this role, you will coordinate customer requirements across departments, support sales initiatives, and help ensure new programs and products are implemented smoothly.

Job Requirements:
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, BDRs, and internal teams to coordinate requirements and timelines.
- Ensure smooth implementation of new customers, programs, and part numbers by documenting and communicating requirements such as lead times, forecasts, technical specifications, and packaging needs.
- Provide production and scheduling teams with key information including due dates, BOMs, technical requirements, and shipping details.
- Create and maintain customer-specific SOPs to document and communicate requirements internally.
- Coordinate resolution of customer issues related to core availability, warranties, recalls, packaging, and on-time delivery.
- Support BDRs with customer research, technical information, data analysis, and meeting preparation.
- Assist with bid preparation, pricing support, customer reporting, and proposal development.
- Manage customer data feeds and special pricing setups in coordination with IT and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in sales support, business development, or a related technical role
- Experience with engine parts, powertrain components, or related industries a plus
- Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence outcomes
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems
Compensation Range: $64,000 - $90,000 annual
