Job Overview
DW Dickey & Son, Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Batch Associate to support the daily operations of our concrete batch plant. This position plays a critical role in product quality, plant productivity, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate computerized batching system and process billing in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor and maintain quality control during batching (air dosage, admixtures, superplasticizer, etc.)
- Assist with the daily operations and oversight of plant activities and personnel
- Provide excellent customer service both by phone and in person
- Coordinate with drivers and dispatch to ensure efficient operations
- Assist at other locations, as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong customer service mindset and professionalism when representing the company
- Ability to identify problems and implement solutions proactively
- Basic math skills and ability to compute material quantities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic to intermediate computer skills required
- Ability to use computerized dispatch/batching systems
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Prior office experience
Schedule
Required to work 5 ½ days per week or as needed in order to meet customer demands. Early starts and late pours possible. Must have a flexible schedule.
