Valley Concrete Restoration is growing fast and looking for motivated outside sales professionals to join our team. If you enjoy meeting homeowners, closing deals, and earning uncapped commissions, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
- Meet homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments (no cold calling)
- Inspect properties and identify concrete repair needs
- Present solutions and build trust with customers
- Close sales and manage follow-ups
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of sales experience (home improvement or construction preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Competitive, driven, and coachable mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in the field and visiting customer homes
Pay & Benefits
- Earn $50,000–$150,000 annually
