Truck Driver Class A CDL

Pay: $20.00–$27.00 per hour (DOE)

We are seeking a reliable Class A Full-time CDL driver. This position involves operating Side Dumps, Belly Dumps, Water Trucks, Hopper Trailers, and Belt Trailers. Most work is local within the Treasure Valley, hauling Aggregate materials.

Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following:

· Class A CDL

· Valid and current medical card

· Ability to pass a drug test — zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy

· Must be able to pass a background check

· Ability to follow directions and communicate clearly

· Understanding of workplace hierarchy

· Ability to maintain professionalism with coworkers and customers on job sites

· Proficiency in operating a manual transmission (9–18 speed)

· Strong work ethic

· Must be able to sit long periods at a time

· Must be able to lift up to 75lbs (might be required)

· Positive attitude

· Dependable

· Able to complete daily paperwork accurately

· Tanker, Doubles & Triples endorsements required (or willingness to obtain)

· Must be 25

Responsibilities

· Safely operate a manual Class A CDL truck for local hauling

· Load and unload materials according to job-specific instructions

· Follow all DOT and traffic regulations

· Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections

· Maintain accurate logs for hours, deliveries, and fuel

· Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members

· Represent the company professionally on all job sites

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $20.00–$26.00 DOE

Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities, yearly bonus, overtime
