What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Generalist position at Dürr?
Your Tasks
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):
- Responsible to lead full-cycle recruitment for all CTS positions
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop compelling job postings, and create strategic sourcing plans
- Utilize ATS and recruitment platforms to manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, trade schools, and industry networks to support talent pipelines
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and diversity outcomes
- Strategic HR Operations:
- Support workforce planning and succession strategies in collaboration with leadership
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with global standards
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, onboarding programs, and retention strategies
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal standards across multiple jurisdictions
- Participate in HR projects such as performance management, succession planning, and training.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of corporate functions (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Operations, Tech)
- Demonstrated ability to easily and quickly adapt to change
- Impeccable organization and follow-up skills are an absolute must
- Strong business acumen and ability to align talent strategies with company goals
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with data analytics and recruitment metrics
