Human Resources Generalist

BrainWorks HR Search is partnered with a manufacturing company seeking an Human Resources Generalist. In this role, you’ll support key HR functions, promote employee engagement, and help align HR practices with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Administer benefits and respond to HR inquiries.
• Support performance management and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 4 years of HR experience.
• MUST HAVE MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE
