Hiring a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. The position requires a good work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the company. The Receptionist is primarily responsible for offering administrative support across the organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Great and assist visitors
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office/safety supplies, shop tooling and keep inventory of stock
- Sets up customer jobs in company system
- Data entry
- Vendor Payments
- Maintains clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Adhere to safety regulations and operate safely in an office/shop environment.
- Other job duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience with Administrative / Receptionist or similar role: 1 year (required)
- Ability or knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Excel, Word, Outlook (required)
- Previous experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable (preferred)
