Today's Parts Manager must be competent in many skills. One must be fluent in computer software that controls inventory management and parts look-up. The Parts Manager must also have interpersonal skills to engage both customers and employees at all levels of communication. The Parts Manager must be willing to train and be trained to the highest level of performance, to extract high CSI and exceptional parts department performance. Attentive to inventory pitfalls like obsolescence, returns, and accuracy to ensure the highest level of return on investment is a must.

Requirements:
- Previous Parts Manager experience preferred
- Great organizational skills concerning the parts area and the parts department
- High attention to detail when ordering parts
- Previous CDK experience preferred but not required
