What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at D. P. Plumbing Plus LLC?
We have an immediate opening for an Office Assistant.
Job duties include answering phones, typing work orders, scheduling jobs, assisting customers, pulling permits, receiving jobs from service companies, dispatching, invoicing, estimating, and other miscellaneous office duties to be discussed. Knowledge of QuickBooks Online is a must.
Qualifications:
Billing experience
Pleasant phone skills
Minimum 3 years office experience
Minimum 1 year experience using QuickBooks Online
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Pay is based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
