Job Summary
D.O.T.S. Transit LLC is seeking dedicated and reliable non-CDL Drivers to join our team in counties as follows; Orange County. Seminole County, Osceola County, Lake County, Volusia County and Brevard County. As a transportation partner with us, you will be responsible for driving your own vehicle to transport patients to and from their non-emergency medical appointments. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting individuals safely and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers. This role is particularly suited for those with experience in driving children, senior care, or medical settings. A strong emphasis on behavior management and communication skills is essential.

Duties
Safely operate a vehicle, ensuring the safety of all passengers during transit.
Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle.
Assist passengers as needed, particularly disabled or seniors, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Educate passengers on safety protocols and vehicle rules.
Manage behavior effectively while driving to ensure a calm environment.
Communicate clearly with passengers and their families regarding schedules and any changes.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Document trips accurately, including mileage and passenger counts.
Requirements
- Current driver's license.
- Drug Test.
- DOT Physical.
- Defensive Driving Certificate (assistance provided).
- CTAA Certification (assistance provided).
- First Aid Certificate.
- CPR Certificate.
- PAT/PASS Certificate.
- HIPAA Certificate.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Ownership of an iPhone or Android smartphone.
- Clean driving record (no more than two moving violations or accidents in the past three years).
- Valid driver's license (temporary licenses not accepted).
- Ability to pass a background check (no prior felonies).
- Ability to pass a drug screening.
- Valid vehicle insurance and registration.
- At least 3 years of driving history in the United States.
