Insurance Agent

Position overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and personable Insurance Agent/Producer to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to build a career in insurance, and is driven by earning potential and making an impact on others.

You’ll work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to help them find the right coverage, while building your own book of business over time.

What the role entails:

• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Help customers understand their insurance options (personal and commercial)
• Provide quotes, explain coverage, and close new business
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, and community involvement
• Manage policy changes, renewals, and client questions
• Stay up to date on carrier offerings and industry trends
• Deliver a high level of service and build long-term trust

Compensation & Growth

Total average first year earnings range from $50K to $75K through a combination of your base salary, bonuses, and uncapped commissions. There is potential for top performers to earn well over $150K.
