Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Breakdown Coordinator Nights to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will oversee the efficient management of vehicle and equipment breakdowns during night shifts, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the breakdown recovery process.
- Answer phone calls at night for driver breakdowns.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, and team members to coordinate repairs or replacements promptly.
- Maintain detailed logs of breakdown incidents, repair actions taken, and inventory adjustments for accountability and reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely while following guidelines.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and data entry accuracy.
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and external partners during breakdown situations.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
