Who We’re Looking For
This role is not for someone who just wants to sit behind a desk.
We’re looking for a servant leader with:
- Strong character and ethics (non-negotiable)
- Urgency and drive — in the office early every day with a plan
- Must be willing to make 50–60 calls a day personally
- Willingness to get in front of customers, take turns, and close deals
- Ability to lead by example and help salespeople improve their own activity
- A proactive mindset around phone calls, follow-up, and execution
- Nissan experience is a big plus, but we’re ultimately looking for the right person, not just the right résumé.
