Four Stars Toyota Automotive Dealership seeks an Accounting Specialist who is a jack/jill of all trades with the ability to consistently complete multiple assignments and duties throughout the work week.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday: 8-5 pm
Saturday: 9-5 pm every four weeks on a rotational basis with other team members
Responsibilities:
- Receptionist duties include handling call volume and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including scanning and filing documents
- Answer incoming phone calls within three rings, being polite and professional, and transfer and/or redirect calls accordingly
- Meet, greet, and welcome Guests with a smile as the first point of contact with the company
- Customer Service follow-up
- Dealership Cashier
- Handling Petty Cash account
- Process Delivery Driver purchase orders/payments
- Multitasking and stress management skills are essential
- Flexibility and a positive team first attitude are a must
- Ensure strict confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Bookkeeping/Accounting experience would be a plus and strongly desired
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
